Healing Is Not Linear | Mental Wellness Graphic Tee

Progress is still progress—even when it doesn't happen in a straight line. 🤎
Healing takes time. Some days, you may feel stronger than ever. Other days, you might feel like you've taken a step backward. Neither defines your journey, and neither means you're failing.
The Healing Is Not Linear graphic tee from STRICTLY POSITIVITY is a reminder to give yourself grace, honor your own pace, and recognize that growth doesn't always look the way you expect it to.
Featuring bold, distressed typography, a flowing terracotta line, and delicate hand-drawn botanical details, this design represents the twists, turns, pauses, and fresh starts that are part of being human. The warm cream and muted terracotta color palette creates an artistic, earthy look with a meaningful message.

Your Healing Journey Is Your Own
You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to move at anyone else's pace. And you don't have to dismiss the progress you've made just because you still have work to do.
Celebrate the small wins, allow room for difficult days, and remember that moving forward doesn't always mean moving in a straight line.
Progress is still progress.
Part of the STRICTLY POSITIVITY Mind Matters Collection, created to encourage kindness, emotional well-being, self-compassion, and reminders that meet you where you are.
Healing isn't a race. Give yourself grace along the way.
